Team India will create history by taking the field in the first ODI against West Indies.
This 1000th International ODI match of India will be held at the world’s largest cricket stadium in Ahmedabad.
With this, Team India will become the first team in the world to play 1000 ODI matches.
Till now India has played 999 ODI matches. While Australia is the second team to play the most ODIs after India.
Australia has played 958 matches so far. While Pakistan is at number three. Pakistan has played 936 ODI matches so far.
Both teams are getting ready for IND vs WI series
West Indies team has reached Ahmedabad for the ODI series. Players will be allowed to practice after 3 days of quarantine.
Nicholas Pooran, who arrived in Ahmedabad with the team, has shared a post on social media, in which he expressed happiness on reaching Ahmedabad safely.
Along with this, he also showed his desperation to play in the world’s largest cricket stadium
