Finland MotoGP Will Be Shifted to 2023

Finland Motogp will take it a bit longer and the fans of Finland will have to wait almost a year. The tournament is postponed by the organizers and will take place in 2023.

The decision to postpone the event was made taking into account the geopolitical situation and the homologation work in Europe.

The term homologation work indicates the process and certification of the race track. A vehicle or part of it meets standard rules and regulations and also to see if it is set up for a professional race.

MotoGP releases a statement saying. “The homologation works in the KymiRing, together with the risks generated by the current geopolitical situation in the region. Sadly I have forced the cancellation of the Finnish Grand Prix in 2023.
